Display Your Work in the On-Site Poster Gallery
Add your spark and make your mark on the educational experience at North America’s first dedicated agrivoltaics expo by submitting a poster to be displayed on-site during the conference! Nowhere else will your ideas seed such a fertile and engaged audience of solar energy, environment, economic development and agriculture professionals, as well as many novices and students. This is your chance to showcase your work in the 2025 Solar Farm Summit program, which will be displayed in the Poster Gallery for the duration of the event, if selected.
The intention of the Poster Gallery is to display and disseminate the state of the ground-mounted solar and agrivoltaic arts, including academic research, private innovation, real world problem-solving, and best practices; but, importantly, not including marketing posters or enlarged flyers. Submissions that are based on advertisements, specific products, or branded services will not be selected.
If selected, one poster representative may receive complimentary registration to attend and a time scheduled during the Poster Exposition to discuss their poster and field questions, as in a dissertation defense.
Submission Deadline: July 28, 2025
Rolling Admissions: Submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis to best accommodate ease of travel arrangements for selectees.

Student Design Challenge
Consider participating in the Dual-Use Design Challenge! This competition empowers students to capitalize on advances in solar technology to solve real-world farm challenges. Dual-use solar designs integrate energy generation with agricultural production or conservation practices, paving the way for sustainable solutions.
With categories for K-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12, and post-secondary education, this challenge invites students at all levels to showcase their problem-solving and creative thinking. Winning projects will be celebrated at the 2025 Solar Farm Summit, with winners receiving prizes and national recognition.
