Applications submitted prior to May 30, 2025, must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit payment equaling 50% of the total space rental charges. Applications submitted after May 30, 2025, must be accompanied by payment IN FULL of the total space rental charges. Applications received without such payment will not be processed nor will space assignments be made.

The 2025 Solar Farm Summit exhibition will be located in the McCormick Place Lakeside Center East Building, Level 3 Hall D1.
Registration throughout the conference will be in the Lakeside Ballroom near the entrances to the exhibition on Level 3.
Sessions on Day 2 and Day 3 will take place on Level 4. Plenary sessions and NAAA Ceremony and Reception will take place in the Arie Crown Theater (entrance on Level 2).

For 2025 only, the Solar Farm Summit is co-locating its exhibition with the National Brownfields Training Conference (BF25), co-hosted by the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
